What will I get and how much will it cost?

Fresh Produce

A selection of fresh fruit and veg each week such as potatoes, carrots, onions, apples and salad produce,

Fresh Essentials

A selection that may include Bread, milk, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, ham, bacon or sausages (or vegetarian alternative)

Store cupboard Cupboard Essentials

Essentials such as pasta, rice, sauces, beans, soups, tomatoes and tinned meat or fish.

All this for just £7 per week

A single Manna Food Box will cost you a minimum donation of £7 per week. This will cater for 1-2 people and you can purchase as many boxes that you require to suit your household.
